Sweet Science at the Food Incubator

As part of the event Science from A to T (Nitra University Days 2026), over 100 visitors stopped by the premises of the AgroBioTech Research Center SPU in Nitra today – and a significant portion of them headed directly to us.
During the workshop “Utilizing Edible Flowers in the Production of Healthier Sweets”, students personally made a cereal sweet decorated with edible flowers – and discovered that healthier snacking can be both beautiful and delicious.

At the innovation tasting, you could taste and purchase products directly from our Food Incubator – the results of the work of our researchers who test and develop new food ideas.

We thank all curious visitors who came to us, asked questions, tasted, and created with us.
