A consumer evaluation of vegetable spreads, which we are developing at the Food Incubator with the aim of delivering both delicious and nutritious products, took place at the Agrobiotech Research Centre.
Students from the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences at SPU participated in the evaluation, providing a modern perspective on nutrition and honest feedback as part of their Neurobiology course.
We will use their opinions, preferences, and taste perceptions for the further refinement of our recipes, as we believe that the best products are created by combining education, research, and practice.
